The menu at Kebap with Attitude is getting a seasonal upgrade — we’re thrilled to introduce three new (kind-of) specials that redefine the döner experience this autumn. Reviving the spicy Nashville Fried Chicken (NFC) Kebap, the zesty Lào Mau Kebap, and something truly distinctive: Truffle Manti.

Our NFC Kebap is back and better than ever, ready to bring the heat. Inspired by the iconic hot fried chicken from Nashville, Tennessee, the NFC Kebap brings the intense, fiery crunch that Nashville Hot Chicken is known for. Legend has it that this Southern speciality was born from a lover’s revenge in the 1930s when a woman seasoned her partner’s fried chicken with a heavy dose of chilli to “teach him a lesson”. Instead, he loved it – and Nashville Hot Chicken was born.


Today, it has become a global sensation, renowned for its crispy texture and robust spice. Fast forward to the present day at Kebap with Attitude, where it has become an integral part of our fried chicken library, presented as NFC Kebap. In essence, this special is our interpretation of “Chicken Schnitzel im Brot”.



The NFC Kebap comprises juicy fried hot chicken mixed with the famous Nashville marinade, crunchy pickles, iceberg lettuce, and our homemade ranch sauce. This blend formulates a taste that’s spicy, satisfying, and distinctly Berlin. Whether in a pide bread or on a tray with fries and coleslaw, the Nashville Fried Chicken Kebap brings Southern heat to the core of Berlin, and for the truly hungry, you can make it your own with extra fried chicken, a fried egg, or a drizzle of our homemade cheese sauce.

Vietnamise Interpretation — Lào Mau Kebap

Lào Mau Kebap, a Vietnamese-inspired culinary creation, offers a unique twist on the traditional döner kebab. It is a dynamic fusion of Southeast Asian flavours and the Berlin döner culture scene. The defining characteristic of this Vietnamese-style döner at Kebap with Attitude lies in the detailed combination of chicken from the skewer, which is later grilled under our homemade Vietnamese-inspired marination. Accompanying this are an assortment of fresh ingredients, including the fresh salad, homemade spicy mayo sauce, pickled radish-carrot mixture, cucumbers, green onions, cilantro, sesame, and a subtle touch of chilli.



Enjoy Lào Mau in pide, dürüm wrap, or tray form with fries. This item on our autumn special combines fresh flavours from different cuisines, offering a balance for those who like their kebap with a bit of twist.


Luxe in Every Bite: Truffle Manti

If you haven’t tried Manti yet, you’re in for a ride. Originating in Central Asia and loved across Turkey, Manti are delicate, handmade dumplings traditionally filled with spiced meat, topped with yoghurt and spices, and enjoyed as comfort food. At Kebap with Attitude, we’ve taken this classic and heightened it, creating Truffle Manti that takes it to a whole new level.



In our version of the Truffle Manti, you can choose a filling from either the beef option or the vegetarian option of spinach, and enjoy each dumpling coated in our rich homemade warm truffle sauce, topped with fresh spring onions, fried parsley, a hint of chilli oil, and freshly grated truffle for extra indulgence. Available as a side dish as well as a main course, Truffle Manti made its first appearance at our 3D Döner event at Kebap with Attitude in October ’23, bringing a touch of refinement to traditional Turkish flavours. Now, it’s back to add a luxurious touch to your autumn specials. Truffle Manti is mezze redefined, perfect for those who crave a little extra with their comfort food.
