Gemüse Chicken Kebab to some, Tschick to us!

Every day we watch Berlin eat. In Mitte, lunch walks in with headphones and five tabs open. In Kreuzberg, dinner drifts in after a film, between galleries, mid-conversation. Same city, different tempo, but both end up at the counter asking for the same thing: Tschick Kebap. That’s our house take on Gemüse Kebab, built bright, grilled hot, and finished like a wink. It’s food for the city as it actually moves: quick when you need it, unhurried when you don’t.
TABLE OF CONTENTS:
What Tschick Tastes Like
Core is our chicken that stays tender over a hot grill. We char vegetables that like a little drama until they taste smoky-sweet without losing bite. Then the fresh things show up: salad for snap, cherry tomatoes for pop, red onions for edge, cucumber to cool it down, feta cheese for that salty-soft glide. A handful of mint and a squeeze of lime pull the whole thing into focus. It’s the kebab you finish and still feel light enough to wander another kilometre, because Berlin always asks for “one more stop.”

Pick Your Canvas
Some days you want warm pide that folds like a hug. Other days it’s a dürüm that's sleek, toasty, built for the walk-and-talk. When hunger gets loud, go on a tray: a larger portion of everything, room to see the colours, and rice to anchor it. Same Tschick, different mood.
Lunch Bowl Energy
Mitte at midday has its own weather. For that window, we run the Tschick Bowl, Monday to Friday, 12:00–17:00. It’s the same line-up, grilled chicken, Gemüse, salad, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, feta, mint, lime, stacked cleanly and designed for a fork and a calendar that refuses to slow down. It travels well, lands fresh, and doesn’t hijack your afternoon.

From Our Line to Your timeline
We prep fresh each morning and grill when you order. Sauces and dressings are made in-house, so flavours don’t argue. That repetition of cut, marinate, rest, sear, and finish is the quiet craft behind the chaos. It’s why Tschick holds up for takeaway, arrives right on delivery, and still feels restaurant-real when you dine in.
Where We Fit Into Your Plans
In Mitte and Kreuzberg, the energy is different, but the Tschick is the same — fresh off the grill, layered to hit all the right notes, and made to match the moment. Some nights are about a table full of friends, others are about a quick bite before the next stop, and sometimes it’s delivery straight to the sofa. However you get it, it travels well, eats even better, and keeps its edge from first bite to last. Feeding a bigger table? We cater in Berlin — new-wave döner kebabs alongside a spread of contemporary mezze that brings people together and keeps the conversation rolling.
Tschick Kebab, in High Definition
We don’t churn out kebabs on autopilot. Tschick starts with market-fresh produce, hand-picked for flavour, not just fill. Every marinade, sauce, and dressing is made in our kitchen, tuned to bring out the best in each ingredient. The grill is where vegetables pick up their character and chicken locks in its juiciness. We balance smoke with brightness, crunch with softness. It’s a contemporary take on a Berlin classic — recognisable, but elevated — built with the kind of care you can taste from first bite to last.
Catering or In-house
Two locations, same energy: Mitte and Kreuzberg. Whichever door you walk through, you’ll find the Tschick in warm pide, toasty dürüm, or on a tray with rice when you want the full spread. In Mitte on weekdays from 12:00–17:00, the Lunch Bowl takes its turn, built for fork-and-go ease.
Dine in and stay a while, take it with you and wander, get it dropped at your door, or let us roll up with our food truck and bring the grill to you. Office parties, festivals, weddings, street corners that need feeding: we’ve got the kebabs, the mezze, the experience, and the crew to make it work.
