Kebap with Attitude was featured in afz Fleischwirtschaft (May 17, 2024) in an article about Berlin’s innovative asparagus döner creation.
The piece presents the “Döner Beelitzer Art”, a seasonal special by chef Felix Schneider at Kebap with Attitude, combining white asparagus with grilled beef, lamb’s lettuce, hollandaise sauce, strawberry-ginger marmalade, and wild garlic mayonnaise.
Co-founder Deniz Buchholz explained the vision behind the dish: to bridge German and Turkish culinary influences while offering a modern, Berlin-style kebap that celebrates the city’s multicultural identity.
