Company Event Catering in Berlin: Four Ways to Feed Your Team
- 3 hours ago

Somebody at your company has been handed the job of organising the food. Possibly you. It is rarely anyone's actual role, it always lands on top of a full week, and the bar for success is uncomfortably specific: everyone should enjoy it, nobody should be left out, and nobody should be talking about the catering for the wrong reasons on Monday.
We cater company events across Berlin, from Tuesday team lunches delivered to an office to summer parties with the food truck parked outside. A lot of our corporate clients now book on repeat, which we take as the only review that really counts. This is what we have learned about what makes work catering land, and how to pick the right format without it eating your week.

Four Ways to Do It
There is no single right format, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling the only one they offer. A fifteen person team lunch and a two hundred person summer party are different problems, and they want different answers. These are the four routes, and none of them is the compromise version.
The honest way to choose is not by which sounds most impressive. It is by asking what the day actually needs. Sometimes that is a team of chefs and a grill in your courtyard. Sometimes it is very good food arriving at twelve so a workshop can keep moving. Both are worth doing properly.
Which One Fits Your Event
Guest numbers narrow it down quickly, though they are not the only factor.
The other question worth asking is what the food is competing with. At a lunch, it is competing with people wanting to get back to their desks, so speed and quality matter and ceremony does not. At an evening party, the food is part of the entertainment, and something being cooked in the room gives people a reason to gather and a queue where colleagues from different teams end up talking to each other.
And there is no rule against combining them. Mezze platters delivered in the afternoon, a grill running in the evening, is a completely normal shape for a company event.
The Dietary Question, Solved Properly
In a company of any size you have vegetarians, vegans, people avoiding pork, people with allergies, and at least one person who quietly eats nothing at the last three events because there was never anything for them. Handling that badly is the fastest way to make catering memorable in the wrong direction.
Every route above covers it, just differently. A DIY station handles it structurally, because everyone assembles their own plate from the same spread. A delivered order handles it by planning the quantities properly in advance. Either way, everything on our menu has a genuine alternative rather than a token one.
Tell us the numbers in advance and we build them into the quantities rather than bringing a token tray. The goal is simple: nobody at your event should be able to tell whether they were the main plan or the accommodation.
Budget per Person
This is the question every organiser has and almost no catering website answers, so here is a straight orientation. Corporate catering in Berlin generally sits somewhere between fifteen and forty euro per person depending on format, menu depth and how long you are feeding people for.
A delivered team lunch sits at the lower end. A full evening event with mezze on arrival, a carving station through the night and dessert later sits at the upper end. Most company events land comfortably in the middle.
We do not force fixed packages on larger events because they push you into a shape that may not suit the day. The event sheet asks for your budget per person, and we build something that genuinely fits it. For straightforward office orders the online shop is faster still, since you can simply see what things cost and order.
The Planning Countdown
That timeline suits a large event. A delivered office lunch needs nothing like it, and there is no fixed notice period with us in any case. We have put company events together at genuinely short notice, so if your date is close, ask anyway.
What Organisers Actually Worry About
How to Order
For office orders and team lunches, use the online shop. You can see what is available, order directly and have it delivered. It is the fastest way to feed a team well without a planning conversation, and it is what most of our recurring corporate clients use week to week.
For company parties and larger events, use the event sheet. It asks for event type, date and time, guest count, budget per person and location, plus anything specific you want us to know. We come back as fast as we can with a proposal built around your event rather than a template. If something does not fit, we change it, and nothing is fixed until you are happy with it.
Company Catering FAQ
Can we just have food delivered to the office?
Yes. Order through the online shop and we deliver, ready to eat. It is the simplest route for team lunches, meetings and regular office catering, with nothing to set up.
How far in advance should we book?
Eight weeks is comfortable for a large event, and far less is needed for a delivered lunch. There is no fixed cut off, and we regularly arrange things at short notice.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
No. We handle small office lunches and large company events alike. The food truck is the one format with a threshold, since it suits events from around 200 guests.
Can you cook in our office?
Yes. We build a mobile kitchen in your space and bring the equipment and the team. If that is not practical for your building, delivery from the shop covers the same need with no setup at all.
How do you handle vegetarian and vegan colleagues?
With real options rather than a token tray. Vegan kebaps with planted. and fried cauliflower, vegan mezze, halloumi and falafel for vegetarians. Give us the numbers and we plan the quantities properly.
Do you cover all of Berlin?
Yes, the whole city. Locations outside Berlin are possible too depending on the size and type of the event.
Do you bring staff for on site events?
We bring our own kitchen and service team. You do not need to provide anyone, and nobody from your company should be serving food at their own event.
